Chicago Post Surgical Recovery Concierge Service Packages May Include:
Nursing Care
- Daily intensive care with Certified Nursing Assistant
- Registered Nurse on call available 24/7 via telehealth
- Vitals monitoring including blood pressure and oxygen
- Hemoglobin check for blood iron levels Pain management with medication
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Tasks including bathing, toileting, grooming and hygiene
- Assisting with ambulating (walking) every 2 hours
- Post-operative education
Concierge Care
- Prescription drop off & pick-up at nearest pharmacy
- Laundry services of post-surgical compression garments (as available)
- Transportation from surgery (Travel free may apply outside 15 mile radius
- Transportation Postoperative follow-up the next day (Travel free may apply outside 15 mile radius)

- Up to 4-6 hours of consecutive intensive care with a Healthcare Professional during the day (12 hrs Overnight care provided by CNA at an additional cost of $500+ Taxt/night) 1 night MAX UPON REQUEST
