RECOVERY: According to law, it is mandatory for anesthetized patients to be accompanied from the surgery center. At Chicago post surgical recovery, we ensure that our clients are escorted by a nurse to their recovery destination in order to eliminate any transportation barriers.
We provide transportation for the first post-op visit, surgery day pick-up, and prescriptions. The reason behind providing transportation for the first post-op visit is that the majority of Chicagoland surgeons see their patients within the first week.
Please note that patients must be within a 20-mile radius from the pick-up to drop-off point. Our driver will wait for one hour for all post-op appointments. If there is a delay exceeding 15 minutes, a $25 wait fee per 15 minutes will be charged, unless the client has a medical emergency during their appointment. In order to guarantee a ride, surgery and appointment times must be communicated at least 24 hours prior.

WE DO NOT BILL INSURANCE
: It's important for our clients to understand the payment terms and options. We do not bill insurance at Chicago Surgical Recovery as we operate on a private pay basis. As you mentioned, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, and the full balance must be paid two weeks prior to the service date. If payment is not received by that deadline, your appointment may be canceled.
For your convenience, we accept major debit and credit cards as the acceptable forms of payment. Our credit card payment system is highly secure to ensure the safety of your personal information. We are able to process payments with all major credit cards.
